Everything’s shipped from Amsterdam. Almost everything is shipped through UPS. For fees please use the checkout system on the website. Additional info is available on the shipping page.
All major credit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal are accepted. Depending on your location local payment methods such as iDeal, Bancontact or SEPA debit are available.
As per EU regulation I provide 2 years warranty. Everything is built to last, so I want to do anything I can to help if something goes wrong. Outside the warranty period I’ll also happily provide you with assistance and work with you on solving any issue.
Prices are displayed on the product page excluding VAT since many orders are from outside the EU. For these orders European VAT is not applicable.
When ordering inside the EU, applicable VAT is charged according to your shipping address. If you’re outside the EU, VAT is not charged by the website checkout system. Once you set your shipping address to outside the EU, the VAT will not be charged.
